COPYRIGHT & IP

Respecting original work and match-media rights.

Effective 18 September 2026 · This policy explains ownership, reporting and takedown handling.

KabaddiArena material

KabaddiArena source code, original interface elements, written content, artwork and brand assets are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. No licence is granted to copy, republish, sell, scrape or create a confusingly similar branded service except where an open-source notice expressly permits it.

User content and match media

Users keep ownership of content they upload. By submitting team logos, profile images, match footage or other media, the uploader confirms that they own it or have permission to use, record, broadcast and share it. KabaddiArena receives only the limited licence described in the Terms to operate the service.

Copyright complaints

A rights owner or authorised representative may submit a private Copyright / IP ticket. Include the protected work, the exact KabaddiArena page or content ID, contact details, a good-faith statement, an accuracy and authority statement, and an electronic signature. Incomplete notices may require clarification.

Review and takedown

KabaddiArena may restrict access to identified content while reviewing a sufficiently detailed complaint, preserve relevant records, notify the uploader, and remove or restore content after review. Repeat or serious infringement may result in account restrictions.

Counter-notice

An affected uploader may respond through the same private ticket with proof of ownership, licence, consent or mistaken identification. False or abusive notices and counter-notices may create legal liability.

No affiliation

KabaddiArena is an independent kabaddi platform. Unless a page expressly states otherwise, it is not sponsored by or affiliated with any league, broadcaster, federation, app-store operator or competing scoring platform.
