How KabaddiArena handles personal and match data.
Effective 29 September 2026 · Privacy controls apply across profiles, scoring, tournaments, media and support.
Information collected
Account identifiers, verified contact details, Arena ID, profile and player details, team membership, match and tournament activity, scoring statistics, support requests, payment status, device/session data and content you choose to upload. Camera, microphone or media access is requested only for the feature you activate.
How information is used
To authenticate users, prevent duplicate identities, operate teams and matches, calculate statistics and achievements, provide live video and replay, process subscriptions, answer support requests, secure the service and comply with legal obligations.
Public and shared information
Profile identity, Arena ID, approved player photo, team association and match performance may be visible to signed-in users as part of the sports platform. Private contact details, manual referee phone numbers, payment details and private support tickets are not intended for public display.
Processors and disclosure
Service providers such as hosting, authentication, storage, database and payment processors handle information only for platform operations under their applicable agreements. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect users and the service, or during a lawful business transfer. KabaddiArena does not sell personal information.
Live video and media
Match organisers must have authority and required participant and venue consent before enabling a broadcast. Live streams and replays may include identifiable players, officials and spectators. Access controls do not remove the organiser’s responsibility for lawful recording.
Arena Posts
Photos and videos that you choose to share are uploaded directly to your Arena Post and become visible to signed-in KabaddiArena users when publishing completes. You can delete your own post. Users can report content and KabaddiArena may act on reports, safety concerns, legal requests or rights complaints.
Retention
Account and sports records are retained while needed to provide the service and preserve match integrity. Support, payment, security and dispute records may be retained for legal, fraud-prevention and audit purposes. Deleted material may remain temporarily in backups or where lawful retention is required.
Security
KabaddiArena uses access controls and service-provider security features appropriate to the platform. No internet service is completely secure; users should protect credentials and report suspected misuse promptly.
Choices and rights
Use Settings to correct supported profile fields. Request access, correction, deletion, consent withdrawal or account closure through private support. Some match, transaction or dispute records may be retained when required for integrity or law.

Children
A minor should use the service only with the involvement and permission of a parent or lawful guardian where required. Organisers are responsible for obtaining permissions before publishing a minor’s identity, image or match footage.
Policy updates
Material changes will be published with a revised effective date. Privacy questions and rights requests must be submitted through the private in-app support channel.
