Rules for using KabaddiArena responsibly.
Effective 29 September 2026 · These terms apply to players, teams, officials, organisers and viewers.

Account and eligibility
Provide accurate identity information, protect account access and use the service lawfully. A parent or lawful guardian must supervise any minor whose consent is legally required.

Match records
Organisers, scorers and referees are responsible for squads, permissions, scores and official outcomes. KabaddiArena supplies recording tools and does not replace the match authority.

Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant KabaddiArena a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, process, resize, transmit and display that content only to operate, secure and promote the relevant in-app match, team, profile or tournament experience. This licence ends when the content is deleted, subject to backups, legal retention and content already lawfully shared.

Rights and consent warranty
You may upload a name, logo, photograph, video, audio or document only when you own it or hold every permission required for that use. For match media, you confirm authority from the organiser and required consent from identifiable participants, venue owners and officials. You must not add protected music, broadcasts, league graphics or third-party footage without permission.

Live video and replay
Enabling broadcast records a rights confirmation. You are responsible for camera placement, participant notice, venue permission and lawful capture. KabaddiArena may disable a stream or replay after a rights, privacy or safety complaint. Replay viewing does not include a download licence.

Prohibited use
Do not impersonate others; copy competitor content or source code; scrape private data; upload sexual, pornographic, exploitative, unlawful, infringing or harmful material; manipulate scores fraudulently; bypass safety or access controls; or use another party’s brand in a confusing manner. KabaddiArena may remove or restrict reported content and repeated violations may temporarily or permanently restrict posting or account access.

Copyright complaints
Rights complaints are handled under the Copyright & IP Policy. KabaddiArena may restrict disputed content, request evidence, notify the uploader, preserve records and suspend repeat or serious infringers.

Service and payments
Features may change for security, legal or operational reasons. KA Pro access and payment records follow the plan displayed at purchase. Payment processing may be performed by an authorised payment provider under its own terms.

Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, KabaddiArena is not responsible for independent tournament decisions, unauthorised user uploads, venue incidents or indirect losses. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Suspension and termination
Accounts or content may be restricted for infringement, fraud, safety threats, unlawful conduct or repeated policy violations. Users may request account closure through private support, subject to legal and operational retention.

Governing law and changes
These Terms are governed by applicable laws of India. Material changes will be published with a revised effective date. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
